Flowers on Temple Square

If you're feeling a little down, get out of the house and take a trip to Temple Square. Although there is a lot of construction going on, both on the grounds and around the immediate area, the flowers are resplendant! Go in the morning, around 10:00 a.m. when the light from the east is filtering through the trees and flowers! If your spirit is not lifted, you're dead! (click on photo for a full sized version)

Oh Wow! These are so beautiful, and your capture of them is too! WooHoo, I'm not dead yet, because just the enlarged version of a photo of this beauty left me a little teary!

Margaret, you are so kind! Every photographer wants his pictures to say something to those who see them. I'm happy if you were as awed by the beauty of these flowers as I was when I photographed them.

Uncle Richard, when I see pictures like this, I feel like I've died and gone to heaven. I'm sure Mother in Heaven had a hand in making these flowers for decorating the earth. Did Dad ever tell you his story about a dream he had when he was young and about the beauty and flowers in it?

No, he never did. Can you relate it, perhaps in an email?
